Introduction:

     It`s a dark time,the Eds have split up,but worst of all, THERE ARE ONLY TWO JAWBREAKERS LEFT IN THE WORLD!!!!!  They`re both hidden in a tunnel at the center of the earth.  Who will get them and who will survive?

 

     It was a stormy summer day in a well known cul-de-sac where the Eds where digging in there backyards.  Eddy, being greedy,dug alone to get the jawbreakers for himself.  "When I get the jawbreakers I`ll capture Double-D and make him use his science to create more jawbreakers!"  said Eddy with a mouth full of drool.  "I can`t believe Eddy is once again being selfish and hogging the jawbreakers!"  said an angry Edd.  "Honestly,he has a few things he needs to learn,right Ed?"  "I love chickens to Double-D!" said Ed.

"I should have known." thought Double-D.

 

              A few hours later at the earths core...

 

     "What are you guys doing here?"asked Eddy.  "It`s quite simple,Eddy.  We`re going to prove to you that selfishness won`t get you anywhere."said Edd.  "You know Double-D,we can`t get through this tunnel alone.  Why don`t we rejoin forces!  You`re genius and...um...you`re genius!"said Eddy.  "And my drier lint!"said Ed.  "It would be a good idea to join again,but when we get to the jawbreakers we`ll maka a compromise."said Edd.  "No problem."said Eddy.(Yeah Right)

 

                      A few more hours later...

 

     "We`ve been walking for hours!  Are we almost there?"

asked an impatient Eddy.  "Don`t worry Eddy,I`m sure...

do you hear a low rumbling sound?"asked Edd.  "That`s just my stomach as it`s running on empty."said Ed.  "I don`t think so Ed",Edd tried to say,"At this close to the Earth`s core it could be...

 

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

 

     Suddenly,lava started flowing out of the ground like a volcano!  "What are we going to do?"asked a panicking Edd.  "We`ve got to...WOAH!"screamed Eddy as he fell through a hole made by the lava.  "HEEEEELP!"screamed Eddy as he held on to a loose edge.  "Don`t worry Eddy I brought some rope."said Edd.  "Hurry Ed,tie this around you and jump down to save Eddy."  "Okey Dokey Smokey!"said Ed.  "Smokey is what I`ll be if you don`t hurry!"screamed Eddy even more frightened than before.  Ed jumped down and grabbed Eddy right when the rock that Eddy was holding broke.  When they got out the walls of the tunnel opened on the right side.  In it was a room with two pillars each labeled jawbreaker,but there was nothing on them.  "Where are they?"asked a confused Eddy.  "Hi guys!"said Jonny.  "What took you so long.  Plank and I already finished the jawbreakers."  Then he pointed to the ceiling where the cul-de-sac manhole lay above them right where Jonny and Plank looked for clams.  "Aw,give me a break!"said Eddy.
